Scheduling and Payment Policy

We have several ways for you to schedule your visit. The easiest way is to schedule online, where you can see what time and day works best for you. You may also call or text Rebecca directly at (405)881-9251. You can also email Rebecca at Keep in mind, that she may be with a client, so a response may not be immediate.

If you schedule with any of the lovely girls at the front desk, they can put you on the schedule and will take your basic information and payment information, and you may be contacted by Rebecca if she needs go over any other information with you.

You will be asked to complete paperwork. Your health history is very important to ensure that we can safely proceed and provide the best possible results.

If you are not scheduling your appointment by our online scheduling system, then you will be sent an invoice for the deposit. If you are not comfortable paying your booking fee with your credit or bank card, you can come by the office to pay cash at 8105 NW Expressway, Oklahoma City, OK 73162 -The Expressway Clinic (Click for Directions) to schedule and drop off payment. Booking fees must be paid with 24-hours of scheduling for the appointment to be considered "made."Appointments made with less than 7 days until the appointment will require the booking fee to be paid upon scheduling. 



Appointments can range anywhere from 1-hour to 5-hours. We do not charge for the consultation, so we offer a free consultation, but we also ask that you please take that into consideration when scheduling, as a failed appointment will cause a huge gap in the schedule or the artist may be coming in or staying odd hours to meet with you. With short notice, it is very difficult to fill that spot and will greatly impact the artist schedule and livelihood. This is the reason for this "No Exceptions" policy. Thank you for understanding!

  • There is no charge for the initial consultation, but if it is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48-hours notice until the appointment time, you will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee of $25 in order to reschedule. You will be sent a request for payment in this situation.

  • Your booking fee will be applied toward the cost of your procedure and you will pay the remaining amount in cash the day of service. 

  • Your procedure appointment and any touch-up over 6-months will require a $50 non-refundable booking fee, which will be applied to the total cost of your procedure. The remaining amount  will be due in cash, the day of your service.

  • The touch-up appointment (within the 6-months) will require a $25 booking fee, (to cover supplies only) to make appointment and will be refunded appointment is not failed AND no touch-up is needed. Otherwise, procedure is free

  • Failed appointment (No Show, Cancellation with less than 48-hour notice, Appointments that are made and cancelled the same day) forfeit their deposit and are required to pay in full before rescheduling.


  • Initial 30-minute consultation- Free ($25 to reschedule if NO-SHOW, cancel or reschedule with less than 48-hour notice)

  • Local anesthetic- INCLUDED 

  • Permanent makeup (Brows)- $400

  • Permanent makeup (Lips)-$400

  • Permanent makeup (Eyeliner)-$400

  • Touch-up (within 6-months of initial procedure)- ($25 to reschedule if NO-SHOW, cancel or reschedule with less than 48-hour notice)

  • Any EXTRA touch-up, other than the initial one scheduled at 8-weeks will require a charge for cost of supplies. $150 for lips, $100 for eyeliner or eyebrows. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Touch-up (after 6-months to 2 years after initial procedure)-$175

  • Touch-up (after 2-years) $275

  • Touch-up (after 3-years) $350
